RESOLUTION HONORING BETTY W. SMITH

RESOLUTION #03-95

WHEREAS, Betty W. Smith was appointed to the Recipient Rights Committee of the Clinton-Eaton-Ingham Community Mental Health Board by the Board of Directors when the Committee was first established in 1986; and

WHEREAS, as a seventeen year committee member, Betty has been and continues to be a strong advocate for all persons who receive mental health services; and

WHEREAS, Betty has been instrumental in the evolution of the committee and the Recipient Rights Office.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby honor Betty W. Smith for her dedication, commitment and her many years of service with the Clinton-Eaton-Ingham Community Mental Health and Recipient Rights and for the contributions she has made to the community.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board wishes her continued success in all of her future endeavors.
